Refund policy

Because each Reflective Ink journal is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do, however, stand behind the quality of every journal we send out.

If your journal arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
If you receive the wrong item, same deal: email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement once the loss is confirmed.

All digital journal sales are final, as these are delivered instantly upon purchase.
